Rate Teams Calls to Improve IT Quality
Do know that IT tracks Teams call performance and wants you to rate your call experiences to drive IT performance insights? More than 97 percent of calls rated from March received 5 stars, but that only represented 1 percent of the 1.5 million calls made from Exelon. Don’t miss the opportunity to rate the IT quality of your call whenever you see the star rating request pop-up.
