We all can agree that the new realities of the pandemic can increase your stress levels. If you’ve been feeling more uptight than usual lately, you’re not alone!

During the week of May 18, Exelon’s wellness team is here to help with a new webinar called “Managing Stress in an Unprecedented Time.” Do sign up for practical tips for handling stress with physical activity, nutrition, sleep and more. In addition, remote workers can get ideas for adjusting to your new work environment (with or without kids at home) and setting up ergonomically sound workstations.

Please don’t register for both dates—space is limited. For the most optimal webinar experience, do use Chrome.

Gone Phishing

Don't get hooked by the latest Coronavirus-themed phishing threats. Remain vigilant of emails playing on emotions like curiosity, fear and sense of urgency, with subject lines like:

  • FedEx or UPS parcel delivery delayed due to COVID-19
  • Coronavirus utility service update

Do remain very cautious of unsolicited and unexpected email messages. Thank you for doing your part to stay vigilant, and remember to use the Report Phishing button to quickly send an email to SPAM@exeloncorp.com and keep Exelon secure!

Rest assured that Exelon is doing all we can to keep you and families, as well as our customers and communities, healthy and well during this difficult time. We encourage you to check the Exelon Coronavirus Information Center frequently for more important information and updates.
