Responsible Re-entry Toolkit

A Message from President and CEO Chris Crane

Our approach to Responsible Re-entry is grounded in some fundamental principles: it is based on the best available science, and it supports Exelon’s highest priorities of ensuring your health and safety, and the health and safety of our customers.

State, local and federal government standards, and Centers for Disease Control guidance, are our minimum standards. It is critically important that you –– no matter where you are reporting, feel confident in your safety at company locations; we are listening to your input and will keep communicating.

This interruption of traditional work practices has given us an opportunity to explore new ways to get work done, and we will capitalize on the ideas, approaches and technology we are finding. For more details on our plan moving forward, please visit the Workplace of the Future site.

Safety is our highest priority for employees and our communities.
We aim to move forward but are prepared to step back if public health requires.
We are guided by science and will meet or exceed all applicable guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control and other health authorities, as well as state and local governments.
Plans, policies and procedures will be customized by operating company and geographic location and will follow the Exelon principles and key milestones.
A return to “normal” may not be possible or optimal and is not necessarily the goal in all cases.
Responsible re-entry is a chance to explore new ways to work and enhance collaboration.
